The Fence Hawk Plus can tell the difference between spurious voltage spikes and surges versus a valid fence voltage, or loss thereof.

The patent-pending Fence Hawk Plus operates on 12 volt DC or 115 volt AC using the 12 volt adapter. The power requirements for each Fence Hawk Plus that it requires 12 volts DC and draws 20 milliamperes.

The high impedence fence unit will NOT take away any energy from the fence, but only monitors the voltage.
